I enjoy volunteering at one of our local thrift stores that benefits the American Cancer Society. This particular store tries to display their items in a more of a boutique-like setting, instead of just dumping everything haphazardly on the shelves.
Years ago I bought a beautiful desk at the store, and every now and then I buy a book or two 🙂
Sadly, they had peanut butter filled M&M’s in the back room of the store today on the snack table. I did not know such a wonderful snack existed – wish I’d never found out!
So nice to see pretty arrangements in a thrift store. I love those Sheraton Rose dishes, too! We have a very large antique mall here and that’s what your photos reminded me of. Also reminded me that this is ‘customer appreciation weekend’ there, as well, and hopefully we’ll be able to go Sunday afternoon.
I happened upon the coconut filled M&M’s one day … oh my!! I have to say that I do have more of a sweet tooth for Reese’s miniature peanut butter cups … frozen, that is, but I do keep it all to a minimum. Maybe I’ll try those peanut butter filled M&M’s … but only just a few! 😉 Have a blessed weekend!

I love Reese’s peanut butter cups, frozen or otherwise 🙂 Coconut filled M&M’s sound good too, I best not try them lol!

No, I wouldn’t advise trying those coconut filled M&M’s, either! lol! I’ve not had any of those in quite awhile. They’re always coming with some new flavor to tempt the taste buds! Was just checking in and I do hope all is well with you. We’re heading to our third wedding, in as many months, this Saturday. Seems love is in the air!! 🙂

Not sure if you will see this reply as there is no “reply” button to a reply. All is well here, I seem to be a bit lazy about blogging. Hope you had fun at the weddings!

I just saw this, and I’m glad to hear that all is well with you! And yes, we had fun at the weddings! 🙂 I think that’s all until June, for now. I’ve never been to so many weddings in such a short span of time. One of them was a couple of dear friends tying the knot. Long story there, but quite heartwarming. The others are the children of long time friends who got married … can’t believe how fast they’ve all grown up! Sure makes one feel old, hmmm, actually, today is my birthday, and, oh, I really didn’t want to remind myself of that! I kind of wanted this one to slip under the radar, but I don’t think my husband, or son, will let it! lol! Oh well, it’s inevitable, and one should never fear growing older … they say age is something to embrace, and we can look on the bright side … those who have the most, live the longest! 😉 Hope you have a blessed week, my friend!
